1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading and using Learn Stuff, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Accounts and Authentication Learn Stuff uses Microsoft Entra for user authentication. You may use the Microsoft login of your choice to create an account. Please be aware of the following:
- Account Responsibility: We do not store, manage, or have access to your passwords. If you lose access to your Microsoft account, we cannot recover it for you.
- Purchases are Locked to Your Account: Any subscription or purchase you make is permanently tied to the specific login you used at the time of purchase.
- No Transfers: We cannot transfer purchases, subscriptions, or data from one login to another. If you create a new account with a different login, you will need to repurchase any premium features.
3. Free and Premium Features Learn Stuff offers a mix of free features and premium features. Premium features require a Monthly or Yearly subscription to cover the costs of services rendered, including cloud storage and AI capabilities.
4. Billing and Refunds All payments are securely processed and managed by the app store associated with your device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- 7-Day Grace Period: Both Monthly and Yearly subscriptions include a 7-day grace period. If you cancel within this 7-day window, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Monthly Subscriptions (After 7 Days): If you cancel a Monthly subscription after the 7-day grace period, you are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the active server and AI costs incurred on your behalf.
- Yearly Subscriptions (After 7 Days): Due to the upfront costs of reserving server resources, Yearly subscriptions are not eligible for partial or full refunds once the 7-day grace period has expired.
5. Technical Requirements and Network Charges Some functions of Learn Stuff require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible if the application does not function at full capacity due to a lack of network access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
- Data Charges: If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms apply. You accept responsibility for any resulting charges, including roaming data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained their permission.
- Device Battery: It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service, we cannot be held responsible.
